A little about me
At the age of 26, I decided to go straight into law school after finishing my bachelor’s degree in criminology and psychology. I have always had an interest in crime and human behaviour and luckily landed a government job in my field which has been an eye-opening experience witnessing the intersection of crime, law enforcement and, well, the law. But as a fresh newbie in the world of law as a first year and first gen law student, it made me question everything about what my purpose is and how to balance it all.
Ok, enough about you. What is this page all about anyway?
First and foremost, I want this space to be a creation of a wholesome community of like-minded individuals who may, like me, have been clawing their way trying to find meaning and purpose in what sometimes feels like the monotony and tragedies of daily life. But I hope to provide valuable resources and content that is meaningful and guiding.
Oh, and before I forget, it wouldn’t be very millennial of me to mention that I am a proud dog mother to my adopted 10 year old husky x, Ishka. Photo below, for your viewing pleasure.
Thank you for being here.
Lots of love,
Liselle
